About Import and Export Code
All businesses which are engaged in the Import and Export of goods compulsorily require IEC Certificate.
Import Export Code is a License (PAN No) with permanent validity granted by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, to any business entity for carrying out import, export activity. Importers are not allowed to proceed without this code and exporters can’t export goods not eligible to take benefit of exports incentives from DGFT, Customs, Export Promotion Council, if they don’t have this code.

- Passport size photograph
- Copy of Aadhaar Card.

- Rental Agreement/ NOC
For Partnerships:
- Copy of firm PAN Card
- Copy of Partnership deed, firm Certificate
- Partners passport size photo
- Partners Pan, aadhar
- Power bill
- Rental agreement
- Canceled cheque
For Companies and Proprietorships:
- Copy of Company PAN Card
- AOA and MOA
- Directors Pan, aadhar, Photo
- Canceled cheque
- Electricity Bill
- Rental agreement
Registration Duration
Registration of Partnership firm takes the shortest time and can be completed within a min. of 1 – 2 days. Despite registration taking the shortest time possible, this solely depends on government procedures and approvals during the time of your registration.
